God has blessed us and we’re growing in the heart of Kirkland, WA. This growth is leading us to add a third person to our Pastoral/Ministry staff. Our current need is twofold: we need someone to devise/build a Life Group ministry for our church family and we need someone to lead our Preschool/Elementary programs. However, as we grow, needs will change and so will our ministry responsibilities.
As a small church, everyone “wears multiple hats”, enjoys flexibility, and serves happily where it is needed. We believe strongly in sincere relationships. Our staff and congregation are enthusiastic about creating opportunities and an environment for people to grow in their relationships with one another and with Christ. Our philosophy is to align people’s strengths with their ministry responsibilities. We believe when people are serving in their strength and gifting it will results in a high energy, fluid environment that puts us in the best possible position to serve our members and our community.
We are looking for a person who is the right fit and has the right heart for our church family and community at large. If you would like to join us in the work God is doing at our church, see people come into relationship with Jesus, learn to live out the gospel, and to think in gospel-centered ways, we would love to talk with you.
Devise and build a small group network that will foster meaningful relationships among church members and growth in their relationship with Jesus. Additionally, to administrate our preschool/elementary program - raising up leaders and equipping them for service in this area.
You will have a brand new, fully remodeled children’s space and an abundance of resources to help you build God’s kingdom through ministries in the church. You will have real opportunities to impact the church by bringing your innovative and fresh perspective to an encouraging and supportive staff environment.
