Wellness Center: Counseling Services

Individual counseling can help you make important decisions, gain insight into your personal strengths and weakness, and learn to cope more effectively with the demands and difficulties of University life. Short term, on campus counseling services are provided at no cost to you. If appropriate, you may be referred to an off campus counselor or agency for psychological tests or further consultation at your own expense.

Counselor

All counselors subscribe to the ethics codes of the National Association of Social Workers, and the Oregon State Board of licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

Appointments

Counseling services are available between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. A student may arrange appointments with a counselor by calling 503-375-7177 or emailing counseling@corban.edu. Most students are given appointments within one or two days of their request. If the student’s need is urgent, every attempt will be made to see them the same day. Students may also download an intake form and then deliver the completed form to the Wellness Center in Davidson Hall.
