Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar provides direct support to students, faculty, administrators and alumni with a wide variety of services. It is the desire of the staff to provide these services in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

Our primary services include:

  • Registration, add/drop, withdrawal
  • Declaring/changing a major or minor
  • Grade reporting
  • Academic transcripts
  • Academic appeals
  • Enrollment and degree verification
  • Academic calendar
  • College catalog
  • Tracking degree progress (degree audit)
  • Graduation and issuing diplomas
  • Course schedule building
  • Transfer course credits
  • Student academic record maintenance
  • Name changes
  • Veterans academic support
  • Implementation/monitoring of academic policies

The Registrar’s office is located in Schimmel Hall, room 113 and is open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday (except on designated school holidays).
