The Robert Lee Powell Memorial Library serves to fulfill the purpose, goals, and objectives of Corban University School of Ministry. It provides the students and faculty of the seminary with the resources necessary for reading, reference, and research needs.

Approximately, 10,000 titles are held in the library, consisting mostly of books and periodicals. An average of 350 books are added to the collection each year. The library also subscribes to about 100 current periodicals, most of which pertain to biblical and theological studies. In addition to these resources, the library subscribes to a number of electronic search databases, including ATLA BiblicalStudies, EbscoHost, Galaxie, and TREN. The main campus library in Salem houses an additional 90,000 volumes. Tacoma students can initiate the borrowing of these and other titles held by the OPALL Consortia (Western Seminary, Multnomah University, Mt. Angel Abbey and Northwest Christian University) through its webpage: opall.wash-id.net/
